Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within New Zealand. International orders ship for a flat rate of NZD $35.
Which countries do you ship to?

How long does delivery take?
New Zealand orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. International orders vary by destination — please refer to our Delivery Info page for estimated timeframes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your parcel's journey on the courier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Sizing
How do I find my size?

Do One7 garments run true to size?
Our garments are cut to a tailored fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. When in doubt, check the size chart or contact us for advice.

Where are One7 products made?
All One7 garments are crafted in India using premium fabrics — including French terry cotton, lyocell, viscose, linen blends, and silk-cotton — sourced and milled for quality and durability.
How should I care for my One7 garments?

Are your fabrics sustainable?
We are committed to responsible sourcing. Many of our fabrics — including lyocell and linen-cotton blends — are chosen for their lower environmental impact. We continue to grow our sustainable range.
